Farm Info
This regional select in collaboration with a local wet mill in Huila. The name means, The Royal Road in Spanish. This coffee is purchased from several small producers who bring their rip cherry down to the lower dry valler to be paid premiums on the spot. The importers then select several day lots to build this regional selection for consistency year after year.
A great year round coffee from Colombia with a heavier body and a more affordable price point. If you tend to reach for the darker roasts, this might be the choice for you. Lemon acidity, with a rounded body; black walnut, plum, and bakers chocolate are among the taste notes.
